[OOC] [Reverie] Tolovir's Spells

Since Tolovir is appearing in Reverie without his spellbook, he only has access to his prepared spells for now! (He may be able to relearn his unprepared spells at a later date if he can rebuild himself a spellbook.)

Spells marked with an R are rituals. Without a spellbook, these take longer to cast. Spell components are also listed - I might have him search for them so he doesn't have to cast through his tattoo all the time.

Deconstruct
3rd level transmutation

Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: touch
Target: one Medium or smaller object
Components: V S
Duration: Instantaneous
Class: Wizard

You convert an object into its component raw materials. You may choose what constitutes "raw materials"; for example, you may reduce a woolen garment to raw wool, or simply convert it into cut cloth and thread, as you desire. You cannot target objects that are being used or worn without the consent of their possessor, nor can you target enchanted objects.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you may target an additional object for each slot level above 3rd. Alternatively, you may affect multiple objects in a 5-foot square adjacent to you, so long as their combined weight is less than 5lb/slot level.
